Forgot password?

Delete inside the game

1. Open Settings → Cloud save and sign into the account to delete.
2. Open Delete cloud account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.
4. Wait for the successful deletion message.

Cannot access the game?

Email support from the account email address with subject One More Loop — account deletion. Include your account email and that you want the cloud account and associated game data deleted. Do not send a password, login code, identity document or purchase token.

If the button does not open your email app, send directly to Sagar.srj25@gmail.com. We verify account ownership before processing; sending a request alone does not delete an account. Support will explain any additional verification steps and confirm the outcome.

What is removed?

The cloud authentication account and linked game records, including cloud progress and account-linked feedback/referral/assistance records, are removed by account deletion. Earned cloud progress cannot then be restored.

What may remain?

Local progress on your phone remains unless you separately reset it or clear app data. Provider operational logs/backups can remain for their configured lifecycle, and legally required records may be retained. Exact provider retention settings require confirmation; contact support for current details. Store purchases, if enabled later, are separately managed by Google Play; deleting a game account does not request a refund.
